[SMM Lead Midday Review: Some Refined Lead Suppliers Anticipate Weaker Lead Prices Next Month, Showing Slight Selling Sentiment] SMM, February 27: Today, the SMM 1# lead average price remained flat compared to yesterday at 16,925 yuan/mt. SMM February 27 News: Today, the SMM 1# lead average price remained unchanged from yesterday at 16,925 yuan/mt. During the early trading session, ex-factory quotations for secondary refined lead were mainly quoted at discounts of 50-0 yuan/mt against the SMM 1# lead price, while some high-bismuth lead was quoted at discounts of 100-75 yuan/mt. Today's ex-factory quotations for tax-free refined lead ranged from 15,850-15,950 yuan/mt, with 15,900 yuan/mt being the mainstream price. Lead prices remained in a consolidation phase, and downstream battery producers showed moderate inquiry sentiment. Some refined lead suppliers, anticipating weaker lead prices next month, exhibited slight destocking sentiment, and transaction performance was moderate.
